Yoga Enrollment Agreement with Carrie Meyer for classes independently offered through Sacramento Yoga Center
Monthly investment. For participants with multi-class bundles aside from a single-class drop-in, a 30-day attendance cycle begins on the date of the first class taken. Participants who purchase a class bundle can change, pause, or cancel their commitment between monthly cycles but not in the midst of a cycle in progress. Participants are asked to inform Carrie of any intended changes to a class bundle before a new cycle begins.
If participants take additional classes beyond the number provided for in a 4-class or 8-class bundle, they can pay the discounted per-class rate that corresponds to their bundle rather than pay the higher rate of a single-class. In that case, participants can pay for the total additional classes at the end of their 30-day cycle. Alternatively, they can just start a new class bundle without waiting for the 30-day cycle to conclude and thus begin a new 30-day cycle.
Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. If none of these payment methods work, then a payment can be made through Square via credit card or ACH transfer from a checking account. No refunds, credits, transfers, or roll-overs for unused classes in a 30-day cycle.
Participants have the option to attend class with Carrie at Sacramento Yoga Center in person, via the livestream on Zoom, or via a video recording and are asked to contact Carrie in advance (at least one hour before class) to sign up to attend in person or to receive the Zoom link for the livestream. The link to a class recording is emailed out the same day as the live class and expires at Midnight two days later. Extensions on viewing time can be requested.

I understand that if I choose to purchase a class bundle, my commitment is for a 30-day cycle, and there are no refunds, credits, transfers, or roll-overs. I can change, pause, or cancel my commitment before a new monthly cycle begins, however, not in the middle of one already in progress.
If I attend any classes that exceed the number in the bundle I have purchased, I will pay the equivalent per-class rate for each additional class taken within the 30-day cycle or instead start a new bundle and thus a new 30-day cycle.
